From the earth's golden light in Chartres to the sun’s golden light at Vezélay, you will be traveling upon a path of light during this tour. Experience some of the best energetic places in France, during the peak of their powers during the summer solstice. This is the time when the sun’s energy is the strongest. Chartres Cathedral and the Basilica of Vézelay are the crown jewels of this fabulous tour.
St Peter, with his cosmic crystalline healing energy, will be one of our companions in many of the cathedrals we visit. Mother Mary, the Black Madonna, and Mary Magdalene will accompany us as well, sharing with us their love and healing energies as we explore the energies of each of these sacred places.

This is not a tour to take photos, learn some history, and then travel to the next place to do it all over again. This is not for you if you are expecting a typical travel agency tour.
During our travels, of course, you will see amazing sights, taste the excellent local cuisine, and bring home souvenirs. Still, if you are ready, you will experience an opening to a new vision of reality and a new perception of sacred places.
Chartres Cathedral
The Labyrinth
Our tour begins with the lovely and mystical Chartres Cathedral and the golden energy of the famous Chartres labyrinth. Chartres was originally a Neolithic place, then became a well-known Druidic place in the famous Carnute Forest, where the Druids of all the Gauls gathered each four years.
Friday mornings, the labyrinth is available for you to walk on. You will experience this sacred path and learn the secret healing points along its many twists and turns.
You will also learn about the special sacred geometry used by master builders to build this stone masterpiece.
Included is a visit to the Crypt and you will learn about the energies of the Black Madonna. This is first of our two encounters with this mysterious and powerful goddess. She usually appears in churches with a specific type of telluric energy.
Orléans
St. Peter and Paradise
St Peter holds the keys to the gates of paradise and on an energetic and healing level. You will begin to understand why as we explore a few cathedrals dedicated to him on our tour. He is connected with the 7th chakra and you will experience the opening of your crown chakra during your visits with him.
The St Pierre de Puellier church of Orléans dates back to the 12th century and is a place for you to experience the unique energies found in St. Peter churches.
Orléans is home to two special places; the Ste. Croix Cathedral, built in 1278 and was a place frequented by Joan of Arc. Beloved by Orléans, she saved the city during the 100 years war with England.
Chartres, La Charité-sur-Loire,
Mother Mary and the language of love
Mother Mary cathedrals and churches have wonderful loving energies to experience. We will get to know a few of them during our tour of the Path of Light.
The Black Madonna will initiate us with her special telluric energies in Chartres.
Then, Mary and her sweet loving embrace will greet you at La Charité-sur-Loire, a cathedral dedicated to Notre Dame - our Lady.
Be ready to open your heart chakra here and feel the love Mary offers you.
Basilica of Ste. Mary Magdalene
The Path of Light
Mystical Vezélay and its golden sun kissed path of light is one of the highlights of our tour. During our time together, you will explore many chakra paths, energetic paths that open, align, and balance your chakras and energy system.
But during the summer solstice at Vezélay, the chakra path is taken to new heights with the power of the sun's light. This secret is not widely known, and you will enjoy it in all its glory!
You will also discover where the gotha (important political people) of the French society come to spend the summer solstice.

"The Brittany Tour is packed full of surprises – and magic! Itinerary
June 8 - 16, 2023
Day 1
Plan your arrival for the afternoon.
Your first french cuisine experience begins with our dinner together.
The Cathedral also has a beautiful light show each night that you are welcome to experience each night!
Overnight in Chartres.
Day 2
After breakfast we walk the Chartres labyrinth and explore the unique and wonderful healing energies of Chartres.
After lunch, we visit St Aignan and St Peter's churches and enjoy a little free time before dinner.
Overnight in Chartres.
Day 3
Today we travel to Orléans to visit the Cathedral of Ste. Croix, frequented by Joan of Arc. After lunch we explore the beautiful Oratory of Germigny des Prés.
Followed by a visit to St. Etienne Cathedral at Bourges.
Overnight in Bourges.
Day 4
Today we begin by exploring the peaceful La Charité-sur-Loire Abbey followed by little visit to an ancient oak tree. After lunch we drive to Nevers to explore the city during some free time.
Overnight in Nevers.
Day 5
Today is a full day exploring Nevers beginning with the luminous Cathedral of St Cyr and Ste Julitte. After lunch we walk to the Romanesque Church of St. Etienne and visit part of the walled city and beautiful old trees in the city.
There will be free time to explore this beautiful city as well.
Overnight in Nevers.
Day 6
Today is all about Vezélay and your experience in the powerful sun path of light in the Basilica of Ste. Mary Magdelene. There are other wonderful spots to enjoy the powerful energy here too. Afterwards we visit the Fontaine Salleé, ancient Neolithic salt spring used by the Celts and Romans.
Overnight in Avallon
Day 7
Today is a visit to the lovely Abbey of Fontenay with its gardens, many springs, and amazing energy. It is one of the highlights.
After lunch we walk around the cute medieval village of Novey.

Day 8
Today we make a little visit to Notre Dame de St Père and the well of Mary Magdalene at the foot of Vezélay. It is a wonderful experience to tune into the energy of this powerful healing spring. Then we return to the Basilica and experience the amazing energy of the sun path of light, before heading back to Chartres for our last overnight.

Day 9
After breakfast, it is time to say our goodbyes.
You can visit the Chartres Cathedral one last time to walk the labyrinth before your departure.

Besides the typical architectural understandings of temples and cathedrals, we bring the vast knowledge of the Master Builders into each tour, by sharing a unique perspective into how temples, churches, and other sacred places were built. Solar rhythms, celestial movements, and patterns of the earth were combined by our ancestors to create a geometry, a sacred geometry. This sacred geometry was used worldwide to build places dedicated to the divine.
