There are places where the land itself seems to breathe, where stones, trees, and water hold a presence that can be felt rather than explained.
In the heart of Brittany’s megalithic landscapes, this immersive training invites you to step out of theory and into direct experience. Through guided practice, you will awaken your body’s natural sensitivity and learn to perceive subtle energies with clarity and precision.
As this perception deepens, it becomes the foundation for a structured and grounded approach to energetic healing.
You will be guided step by step through a complete method that allows you to work on the body’s energetic field with stability, neutrality, and accuracy—clearing, rebalancing, and restoring coherence without relying on imagination or force.
Over the course of the week, sensing, feeling and healing gradually become one continuous process, anchored in the body and refined through direct experience.
Our method is rooted in body dowsing, a practice that replaces dowsing rods and pendulums with direct bodily perception. Instead of interpreting signals mentally, you learn to let the body respond on its own terms.
This requires a clear shift: as thinking subsides, sensing becomes more precise. What emerges is not imagined or symbolic, but a tangible, repeatable way of distinguishing energetic structures through lived experience.
The training is built almost entirely on perception in action. Once the foundations are laid, intellectual repetition fades, and direct experience takes over.
Through rhythmic practice and observation, you will learn to sense and even see the subtle auras radiating from megaliths, trees, and sacred sites, anchoring this sensitivity deep within your bodily memory.
Megaliths and trees are the living foundation of this work. Their steady presence allows the nervous system to learn through resonance, anchoring perception directly into the body.

Communal cooking and eating
Meals are an integral part of the experience; fresh, organic, and shared. From morning to evening, we cook and gather together, each person taking part in a natural, collective rhythm.
There is no separation between hosting and participating. Around the table, you’ll find fresh breads, organic dairy and meats, seafood, seasonal produce, and the richness of French cheeses.
Accommodations
Your stay is in a newly remodeled stone longère (a Brittany-typical long house) and barn converted into guest houses, which the French call Gîtes.
Deep in the countryside, peace, calm, and tranquility will infuse your days and nights.
Our accommodations reflect the communal nature of the week. You will be paired with a fellow traveler in a bright, comfortable room for two, a simple and restful space to integrate the day’s perceptions together.
Rhythm of the Day
Each day begins in direct contact with powerful natural sites: megaliths, sacred springs, and ancient trees. These environments are not just visited; they are experienced as living fields of perception. Through guided immersion, your nervous system is progressively trained to stabilize and refine its sensitivity, developing neutrality, deep grounding, precise energetic discrimination, and a clear, embodied perception of subtle structures.
In the afternoons, this perceptual capacity is brought into practice through a complete and methodical healing protocol. You will learn to work step by step with the human energetic field to recenter, clear, disentangle, balance, and restore. Each lesson is approached not as a technique to memorize but as something to perceive directly and apply accurately.
This training goes beyond learning methods. Its purpose is to cultivate a stable, embodied sensitivity, one that allows you to engage with nature, sacred places, and the human body through direct perception, rather than through concepts, interpretation, or belief.
Day-by-Day Journey
- Day 1: Arrival & Foundations of Energetic Perception — Evening opening session: Introduction to Full Body Dowsing, energetic perception, and the logic of the training. Participants discover how direct bodily sensitivity develops through contact with megaliths, nature, and energetic structures.
- Day 2: The Menhirs & Underground Energies — Morning: Study of underground water veins, geological faults, energetic crossings, and the energetic structure of menhirs. Afternoon: Introduction to grounding, energetic protection, cleansing of spaces, and the structure of the aura.
- Day 3: The Three Energetic Enclosures — Morning: Exploration of lung and heart menhirs and their effects on the energetic body. Afternoon: Participants begin practical healing sessions, including re-centering, cutting energetic ties, and clearing stagnant energies.
- Day 4: Alignment & Energetic Networks — Morning: Work on the central energetic axis, grounding, alignment, and the energetic connections between stones, trees, and landscapes. Afternoon: Healing practice continues with emotional clearing and elimination of parasitic influences.
- Day 5: Fertility Energies and Sacred Spaces — Morning: Study of fertility stones, multiple menhirs, vitality energies, and megalithic energetic networks. Afternoon: Participants continue the healing protocol through polarity balancing and emotional release work.
- Day 6: Sacred Waters and Healing Springs — Morning: Exploration of sacred waters, healing springs, and ancient energetic pathways. Afternoon work focuses on chakra harmonization, grounding, and energetic recharging.
- Day 7: Finding and Creating a Menhir Point — Morning: Participants learn how to identify energetic points in the landscape and understand the principles of stone erection, alignment, and energetic modification of a site. Afternoon: Complete healing sessions integrate the full therapeutic protocol.
- Day 8: Integration & Closing — Final collective integration of the week’s experiences and energetic practices. Participants review perception methods, healing work, grounding techniques, and long-term development of energetic sensitivity.

“I thoroughly enjoyed the way that Karen and Dominique led the Equinox Initiation Tour in Brittany. As promised, it was not a hurried typical packing, unpacking and constantly-changing locations type of journey.
We were housed on the rural property that the leaders own. Our quarters were clean and comfortable. I could have stayed for weeks in my en-suite bedroom with a view of the large yard and a platform where birds landed every morning.
A well-appointed and modern kitchen was available for us to make breakfast and kind Dominique provided us with fresh croissants from the local bakery each morning.
The daily schedule consisted of visiting 2 or 3 special sacred sites in the morning, a leisurely lunch at nearby restaurants with French ambiance, and then more sites in the afternoon. When we returned to our home away from home, there was time to rest before we were served a delicious home-cooked meal and wonderful organic wines and cheeses. We shared stories and laughter until it was time to head off for a night of sleep.
I really appreciated the relaxed and flexible schedule that we kept to and the peaceful, quiet, and spirit-filled places we visited.
I was attracted to the journey for a much-needed reconnection to the spiritual solace I find in sacred natural spaces. From spending ample time with energetic standing stones, ancient trees, moss-covered forest floors, and views of tidal inlets, I got just what I came for.
